I am committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner. Unfortunately, when a client does not attend our appointment or cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another client from being serviced. No shows and late cancellations have an impact on service quality while punishing other clients. For these reason Red Hot Beauty has implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly observed. Any no show or cancellations in less than a 24 hour window will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Thank you for understanding, Carlie.
